Coming Soon: New Marin-Sonoma HOV Lane Hours
5:00 AM–10:00 AM and 3:00 PM–7:00 PM in both directions
Please be aware that new carpool hours will be in place.
We recognize that drivers will need time to adjust. These new hours align with all nine Bay Area state-owned toll bridges for a more seamless commute!
New Lanes, New Gains!
With the upcoming completion of the Marin Sonoma Narrows Project targeted for September and 52 miles of continuous High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes on Highway 101 connecting Marin and Sonoma, it will be easier than ever to share the ride and cruise through traffic by taking transit, carpool, or vanpool
To celebrate, Marin Commutes, in collaboration with Go Sonoma Commutes, is kicking off the HOV Diamond Dozen Challenge, our longest seasonal challenge to date! For all of Transit Month (September) and Rideshare Month (October) you’ll be able to rack up brand new rewards while discovering the benefits of commuting together!
Already a Marin Commutes Rewards user? You’re automatically enrolled—just start logging trips!
